History
Bumbera's Performance Associates is a family owned and operated business which opened in 1992.

In the first two years of business, Bumbera's grew quickly, doubled the size of the shop and added an RV repair facility on the premises, becoming an authorized repair facility for many top manufacturers.

Bumbera's has received awards for exhibiting "Outstanding Christian Character" in their day to day business practices from notable Christian organizations.

Meet Kenny Bumbera
Kenny Bumbera has been in the Houston automotive industry for over 35 years. A graduate of Bellaire High School, he began his career selling auto parts and moved on to become a mechanic for a local engine builder who supplied engines to AJ Foyt and others in stock car, drag car and drag boat racing. Kenny has always been involved in racing, as both the builder and the driver, in many types of vehicles including drag bikes, go-karts, monster trucks, stock cars, drag cars and dirt bikes. Since 1992 he has been the owner of Bumbera's Performance Associates along with his wife, Cheri, and three children. All three of his children have successful racing careers throughout Texas and the US. He is very proud of their accomplishments in racing and has been their mentor, car builder, mechanic, crew chief and car owner. Kenny and Cheri own Next Generation Racing, Inc., a NASCAR race team. He attends church in Katy, Texas.
