No, however it's always nice to know if you're coming to see us. State Inspections are always done on a first-come first-serve basis, which seems to work the best.
How long will you have my car?
Naturally this depends on the diagnosis and the availability of the parts to be replaced. We use local suppliers and do a good job of getting most vehicles out the same day.
Will you call me before you work on my car?
Yes - always.
Can you perform warranty work on my vehicle?
Yes, however we will advise you if it would be better for you financially to return to the dealership.
Do you do body work?
No, sorry, but we can recommend a good body shop to you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Do you offer towing?
Yes, we will be happy to call a reputable towing company that we have extensive experience with. They can pick you and your car up and deliver you safely to our shop.
Do you offer free shuttle services?
Yes, we are always happy to provide customers a ride home or to work within a 5 mile radius of our shop.
