How soon can we get our RV back?
This depends on the diagnosis and the availability of the parts needed to fix the problem. We do a good job of locating parts locally when possible to get you back on the road quickly.
Do you work with manufacturers and extended warranties?
Yes, we can handle all manufacturers and extended warranty plans. We first discuss the repairs with you and then meet with the claims representative on your behalf and explain the repairs to them. We handle all paperwork to keep things as simple and efficient as possible for you.
Do I need to clean out my RV before I leave it with you?
No, not unless something is blocking an area of the interior we need to work on such as an appliance.
Will my RV be secure?
Yes, we take the security of our customer's vehicles very seriously. All vehicles are kept securely indoors as space permits. Our outside parking is fenced, well-lit and secured as well.
Can you repair body damage to my RV?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies to get your RV repaired quickly and efficiently.
