1955 BEL AIR: FROM RUST TO RICHES

Rust is often referred to as the cancer of cars and for good reason. Once it begins, it will destroy any unprotected metal in it’s path. There are ways to remediate rust damage but only up to a certain point. Once the damage has become too extensive then you will need to replace the damaged piece rather than repair it.

This 1955 Bel Air unfortunately became the victim of rust. This car had been in immaculate condition prior to this. The owner unknowingly placed some harmful chemicals in the garage he kept his car in and with some humidity this is what happened.

Just about every exposed piece of metal was affected. So now our job is to dismantle the vehicle, remediate and/or replace the damaged parts and put the car back together. Check it out below!

It took a while to get this Bel Air in top shape again but our team all agrees that it was well worth it!
